You will also want to adjust the Timing X and Timing Y indices to have the Simplified Timing look up the correct cell, and you will need to make slight adjustments to the Simplified Timing table to have it run the way you want it to. You can adjust when Simplified Timing activates under ARC->Simplified Timing->Settings. ![]() The Simplified Timing table will be laid out with an activation at 2000 RPM by default - under 2000 RPM, the ECU will run the stock Timing tables (Burn Rate and Ignition Correction tables under Ignition Timing). ![]() This feature allows you to run true Ignition Timing, rather than the old Burn Rate tables, which operated more like timing trim maps. Simplified Timing is a new ARC feature we have added to many of our ROMs.
